House Hunters

There are so many potential buyers this time who are so excited to find their own place but most of them are having a second thought for an obvious reason, the housing market in this country continue to sinks in most area, I am glad I live here in Pueblo Colorado where it did not experienced the housing bubbles so this place was also never hit with a bad foreclosures, I don't have a fancy house but I am so happy I have a very low mortgage payment so mu husband and I could still spend some of our bucks on something else we may want.

The problem in this country in terms of housing market are the people we called "flippers" they kept buying and fixing houses thought they could sell the property for more profits, the problem is that there are too many of them, it doesn't even need a degree from school to do the job. I for sure hate the fact that Obama bail out some people who are trying to live the life they could not afford and now is in debts. On the very first place why would you purchase something you could not pay? I don't get this people and when they fail they blame the government and they won't accept the fact that they too are part of this surging economy, they should blame themselves that others nor the government.
